Creation suite review

MioCreate

Creation suite · face swap · open API

MioCreate is a content creation platform whose face swap runs on credits: a photo with up to six faces costs 1 credit, a 15-second clip with up to three faces costs 5, and unused subscription credits roll over. Swapping works without an account, but downloading a result needs a login.

MioCreate stands out for its billing rules rather than its editor: credits carry over between cycles, failed swaps refund automatically, and the same face swap is open to developers through an API. The free tier is narrower than its 100% free headline suggests.

01MioCreate overview

MioCreate suits repeat users who swap in bursts. Unused credits roll into the next billing cycle, so in the pricing page's own example 50 leftover credits on the 80-credit monthly plan become 130 the following month, and a failed swap returns its credits automatically. The yearly tier lists 960 credits for USD 29.99, about RM 122.48, which works out to roughly RM 0.13 per credit.

Casual users get less than the headline promises. The free web tool processes only an opening segment of each video, and the FAQ requires an account to download a swapped photo. Developers get the most distinctive part: an Open API for face swap tasks with documented file formats and a 500 MB cap. Teams that need a business-oriented video vendor can also weigh Akool.

05MioCreate privacy and uploads

The privacy policy lets you deactivate and delete your account by emailing support, and says deletion requests are handled within 72 hours, although copies may stay in backups for legal and dispute purposes. The face swap page says photos are not stored, but the policy itself sets no retention period for uploads. Data held by partner services is governed by those partners, and training use is not addressed.

06How the credits roll over and refund

Face swaps are billed per job, and the pricing pages spell out what happens to credits you do not use. According to the face swap pricing page (checked 26 Oct 2026):

  • Photo: 1 credit for 1 to 6 faces, 2 credits for 7 to 10
  • Video or GIF, 1 to 3 faces: 5 credits per 15 seconds Pending verification
  • Video, 4 to 10 faces: 2 credits per face per 15 seconds
  • Unused credits roll over while the subscription runs
  • Failed swaps: credits refunded automatically

After cancelling, the balance stays usable until the paid period ends and then lapses; credit packs, sold as one-time top-ups to subscribers, follow the same rule. The photo rates match Vidwud exactly, so compare plan prices at checkout before choosing between the two.

07MioCreate's Open API for developers

The platform publishes an Open API, so the MioCreate face swap can run inside your own app or workflow instead of the browser. The documentation lists accepted formats (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, M4V, MP4, MOV and WEBM) and rejects files over 500 MB with a dedicated error code, against a 200 MB video cap in the web tool. GIF input makes it usable for animated GIF swaps as well as stills, but the overview page publishes no API prices or rate limits Pending verification.

Whatever you build on the API, feed it only your own face or faces of people who agreed to it.

08What the free web tool lets you keep

The web tool accepts JPG, PNG and WEBP photos plus videos up to 200 MB, and the FAQ says swapping needs no sign-up. Saving does: a swapped photo can be downloaded only after you create an account and log in. Free video swaps cover just the opening seconds of a clip, and the English page does not show how many. For tools that let you keep a result without an account, see the free-tier comparison.

10MioCreate FAQ

Do I need an account to use MioCreate?

Not to try a swap. The face swap FAQ says photos and videos can be swapped without signing up, but saving a swapped photo requires creating an account and logging in. That makes the no-login mode useful for checking whether a source photo works, not for keeping the result.

Do MioCreate credits expire?

Not while your subscription is active. Unused credits roll into the next cycle; the pricing page's example turns 50 leftover credits on the 80-credit monthly plan into 130. After you cancel, the balance stays usable until the paid period ends and then lapses, and top-up packs follow the same rule.

How much does MioCreate cost in ringgit?

The yearly tier lists 960 credits for USD 29.99, about RM 122.48 at the BNM rate of RM 4.0841 on 26 Oct 2026. An older post on the same site put the monthly plan at USD 12.99 for 80 credits (about RM 53.05) and a 480-credit tier at USD 24.99 (about RM 102.06); confirm both at checkout.

Does MioCreate have a face swap API?

Yes. Its Open API includes a face swap task endpoint that accepts JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, M4V, MP4, MOV and WEBM files and rejects anything above 500 MB. The overview page does not list API prices or quotas, so confirm costs with the company before you build a product on it.

How do I delete my MioCreate data?

Email the support address listed in the privacy policy to deactivate and delete your account; the policy says requests are handled within 72 hours. Some information may remain in backup copies for legal reasons, and data collected by partner services must be requested from those partners. Before uploading clear portraits, read up on face swap privacy risks.
